Investment Advisory Committee

The Company has an Investment Advisory Committee with demonstrated expertise in many areas of investing in and operating companies. Certain Advisors may invest in client companies or may assist in a financing. In addition to the Advisory Committee, Bristol utilizes a proprietary database of over 1,000 corporate and financial executives who are interested in assisting with structuring investments and acquisitions.

David Hattman
David Hattman is an Advisor to Bristol. He is currently Chairman and CEO of Total Communications Services (TCS). Prior to his purchasing TCS, he managed the start up and development of Time Warner Telecom's Houston operations. Dave was the founder and CEO of New England Digital Distribution which provided wireless and fiber optic telecommunications services to businesses in New England and was sold to MFS Communications (now a subsidiary of MCI Worldcom). Dave started his career in 1972 at New England Telephone with management positions in computer systems, operations research, and marketing. He serves on the Board of Directors of Arbella Insurance Group. Dave holds an M.S. degree in Mathematics and B.S. degrees in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Maine at Orono.

Louis H. Ray
Louis H. Ray is an Advisor to Bristol. He is currently President and CEO of Matcom International Corp., a software and systems integration firm. Lou has managed Matcom's expansion from $750,000 of revenue in 1989 to $70 million last year. Lou has 34 years of executive and program management experience in professional services, including developing the logistics management information system for the B-2 bomber. Before joining Matcom, he was president of ManTech Advanced Systems Inc. He studied physics at Yale University and is a member of numerous military and professional associations.

William Prather
Dr. William Prather is an advisor to Bristol. He has been Senior Vice President, Finance and Business Development of Boston Biomedica (NasdaqNM-BBII) since August 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Prather was the Senior Health Care Analyst for Cruttenden Roth, Inc. from 1995 to 1998. From 1992 to 1995 he was the Senior Analyst in Health Care for Manning and Napier Advisors. Dr. Prather earned a B.S. in pharmacy and his MD at the University of Missouri--Kansas City, and completed a Clinical Research Geriatric Fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Prather is a Director of Primed International, a medical device company and a member of the Advisory Board of the Canadian Medical Discovery Fund, Inc., a fund of MDS Capital Corp.
