NEW YORK - Bristol Investment Group announced today it has been appointed as placement agent for online translation leader Transclick's second round financing, a $5 million private placement. Bristol Investment Group's affiliate, Net Capital Fund, previously made an investment in Transclick for a minority interest in the company.
