1, 2000 - Bristol Investment Group's President, Alan Donenfeld, joins
Board of Advisors of online translation leader Transclick, Inc.
NEW YORK - Bristol Investment Group, a leading Internet and Telecom
venture investment company, announced today its president, Alan Donenfeld,
has joined the Board of Advisors for online translation leader Transclick.
"The addition of Alan to our Board of Advisors underscores Transclick's
potential for market dominance and significant growth," said Robert Levin,

of investment banking experience and significant leadership skills. We

Mr. Donenfeld is currently the President of Bristol Investment Group,
Inc., a member of the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)
and the President of Net Capital Fund.com. Mr. Donenfeld has assisted
on over $2 billion of financing and acquisitions of high growth companies
in the Internet, telecommunications, software and information technology
industries. Prior to establishing Net Capital Fund, Inc. and Bristol in
1990, Mr. Donenfeld was Vice President in the Merger and Acquisitions
Group at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York from 1987 to 1990 where
he directed numerous acquisitions, valuations, fairness opinions and exclusive
sale representation. Prior to working at Bear Stearns, Mr. Donenfeld managed
the Principal Investment Group at Shearson Lehman Hutton from 1985 to
1987 where he represented the firm in acquiring as principal the Virgin
Islands Telephone Company from ITT Corporation. Mr. Donenfeld also helped
establish Quadrex Securities Corporation, where he assisted in raising
a leveraged buyout fund which acquired Dansk International Designs, R.P.
Martin/Bierbaum, Pacific Brokerage Services, The Polymer Corporation and
an equity stake in AirFone Corporation. Also at Quadrex, he represented
Citicorp, Equitable Bank and The Marine Corporation in over $200 million
of financings. Mr. Donenfeld started his career at Cowen and then at Schroders
were he completed 26 asset purchase and sales worth over $500 million.
Mr. Donenfeld graduated with honors from Tufts University in 1979 with
a BA in Economics and received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business
at Duke University in 1981.
