A
Student Intern at Bristol will be responsible for research and support
activities on investment banking deals. This position is also responsible
for assisting with the preparation of two monthly newsletters on the
technology industry. Student Interns typically work 10-15 hours per
week.
An
Analyst at Bristol will gain valuable investment banking experience
by conducting research projects using various databases and information
providers, creating presentation materials, providing market analysis
based upon charts and spreadsheets, writing and editing two monthly
technology focused newsletters and assisting the senior staff on a
daily basis.
Associates
at Bristol assume significant responsibility including: preparing
and delivering presentations to prospective clients, analyzing various
industries in domestic and foreign markets, identifying and contacting
potential prospects, assisting in meeting with senior management of
clients and prospects, analyzing possible deal structures and participating
in the transaction execution process.
Vice
Presidents at Bristol are responsible for developing business opportunities,
managing client relationships, managing Associates, Analysts and Interns
and negotiating deal structures. Candidates for this position are
required to have prior experience in the investment banking industry.
