Mr. Donenfeld has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience - most recently at Bear Stearns and EF Hutton, which became Lehman Brothers. To best serve the needs of our clients, Bristol is a broker/dealer firm registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) and is member of the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
